My second portfolio for product management. This case is supported by Digitalent Accelerator

This case study is the second final project for Product Management Course, UI/UX Course and Project Management Course at Digitalent Accelarator. The project was evaluated on April 2021 (week 3). We were mentored by Harris Kristianto and Andriani Dion throughout the course.

Well, I learned a lot from my first portfolio. So, I think my second one will be much better!

Introduction — What is the project about?

Superdry plc (極度乾燥(しなさい) Superdry®︎) is a UK branded clothing company, and owner of the Superdry label. Superdry products combine vintage Americana styling with Japanese inspired graphics. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

During pandemic, users prefer to shop online, including for their clothing needs. Occasionally, they go to shopping center due to pandemic they feel reluctant to try on clothes directly. In fact, online shopping for clothes especially jeans has several problems, such as:

  1. The size displayed by the application has some lack of detail
  2. Users don’t really know how to measure the shirt size to their body
  3. Even though the product displays a model, the body shape of the model does not necessarily represent the user’s body shape.
  4. Lack of users’ expectation towards product

Project Goal

Provide a product feature that would make users feel comfortable to shop clothes online without worrying about the unsuitable fit-size.

My personal goal is to expand my own portfolio.

Course Duration

3 months starting from February 2021 — April 2021
